DHR Emergency & Permanent Rulemaking - Chapter 5

The general purpose of this emergency rulemaking is to modify Chapter 5 of the Personnel Director’s Administrative Procedures to provide state employees Paid Family Medical Leave effective January 1, 2021 and bridge the time gap to the promulgation of permanent rules.

Division of Human Resources Emergency Rulemaking (Corrected 6/22/20)

The general purpose of this emergency rulemaking is to modify Chapters 3 and 5 of the Personnel Director’s Administrative Procedures to bridge the time gap between the start of FY 2020 - 21 (July 1, 2020) and the effective date of permanent rulemaking 2020-00257 (August 1, 2020) regarding rules promulgated to address state government's activity related to the COVID-19 response, and to address changes to the calculation of leave use related to the state's new short term disability contract. 

Fleet Vehicle Auction-June 4, 2020

State Fleet Management held another Vehicle Auction on Thursday, June 4, 2020. The sealed-bid auctions are open to the public for accident, drivable, and non-drivable vehicles that need to be moved out of the fleet. On-site auctions are held approximately every 3-6 months depending on the amount of inventory, as well as selling other vehicles weekly on a year-round auction site, Colorado Auto Sales.

OAC Remains Open - Telephone Hearings, COVID-19 Update

DENVER - Mar. 24, 2020 - The OAC remains open and continues to conduct workers’ compensation hearings. 

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency and Mayor Hancock's order concerning the City and County of Denver, all workers' compensation hearings scheduled to be held in person at the Office of Administrative Courts (Denver, Colorado Springs, and Grand Junction) shall be conducted solely by telephone, beginning on March 25, 2020 and for the near future.
